A Fresh Start: Nurturing a Healthy Lifestyle in January

Hello HEB parents and guardians!

As January has unfolded, we have embarked on a journey of well-being. This month's theme is all about embracing a Healthy Lifestyle – making smart choices, staying active, and ensuring restful sleep. Join us as we dive into fun and accessible ways to nurture your health and happiness.

At HEB we have welcomed Successful Families Successful Kids presenters into our school to address how relationships impact our overall well-being. With fun interactive activities that get the students thinking about the friendships and relationships in their lives, their overall well-being is the focus. While feeling like you belong is an important component of well-being there are many more pieces of the pie, see below for a few resources for you and your kiddos.
