We want to send a big H.E. Bourgoin thank you to Sport Chek Cold Lake for their generous donation to help support our ROK sports program.
They donated new snow shoes, yoga equipment, training equipment and some extra goodies to the school that will be put to good use during our ROK sports and physical education classes.

ROK Sports and Wellness is an opportunity, built into the school day once a month for each grade, for students to experience additional physical activities in our community and school.
Our grades 5, 6,7,8 students rotate through a variety of activities as a homeroom on Friday morning's.
